Store Password in a Safe Vault

Friday, September 27, 2013

It is indeed very important for us to have a reliable storage of our password, since we are joining a bunch of social networking sites or simply a site that we would want to join. However, storing it on our notepad or sticky notes could be a bit dangerous because someone might see it(accidentally or intentionally).

Now there are also online applications or sites that offer services such as storing our passwords or login details. But, not all of them are really trustworthy. So I would just want to share this online storage for login details that has been very helpful in my work as an online virtual assistant.

Now let me introduce you to LastPass, a very helpful tool to those people who have a lot of passwords and usernames that needs to be remembered all the time. It just made my life less complicated.

It's an organize and safe way of putting every bit of confidential information to a reliable place and I believe that would be LastPass. It has been one of the few trusted sites that stores password. It has also a lot of things to offer.

Here are some of the features that LastPass is offering:

1. Using One Master Password.

All that you need to remember is your password for your LastPass logins and that's it. Since the main purpose of LastPass is to store login details to the different sites that you'll be visiting.

2. It automatically fills the login form.

This is definitely one of the best feature of LastPass because there's no need to type your login details. Aside from not remembering thousands of password, it would just automatically fills in the login form. Basically all you have to do is to click and viola, you're already in.

3. Add on.

There are also add ons available for LastPass, I'm using Chrome and Firefox.

4. Shares safely.

You can actually share the logins either you would want the other party to just login immediately to the site or you would want them to view the logins, you can Share or you can fully Give the informations.

5. Generate Password.

If you're not good in creating strong password then LastPass can do it for you. These are the suggested type of password that everyone should practice to avoid a not so good scenarios.

There's no harm in trying and investing your time like this would definitely pay off. If you would want easier and safer way to do things then I would definitely recommend LastPass.
