Jing! Another Awesome App for Screenshot

This is called Jing, it's definitely FREE and easy to use computer service which enables you to capture still images or lets you create basic video. Jing has been a project of TechSmith Corporation.

I've been using Jing for quite some time already and I can surely say that it does a great job. Whenever I have some questions or some clarifications I just grab that Jing tool, capture that part of my screen and then wait for a second or two and then share it through web. That's how simple and easy Jing is as an application.

How Does Jing Works?

It can immediately capture what you see in your screen. At the same time you may also edit it such as putting some text to the area, arrow or highlight. All you have to do is to hover its icon and hit that Capture tool and whenever that grid like effect shows then you can adjust to which part of your screen you want to capture.

It doesn't just capture still images, it can also record videos. If users would want to have a well narrated tutorial or video then this is very useful. After plotting the grid like lines in the area that you want to focus then hit Capture Video and timer would start.

Start moving that cursor around and you might as well speak or if you're a shy type person then just hit Mute.

You can instantly share it to your peers online after its being upload to Screencast. Click on that button, Share via Screencast.com.

Wait as it is uploading and then there will be a pop up box that would appear just hit the link.
