TwitterSpirit is an app that would allow a schedule deletion of users posts in Twitter, it would remove posts from a users timeline for a period of time. This incredible tool was created by Pierre Legrain who's once a Twitter developer. This is an easy to use tool, first thing we need to do is to visit TwitterSpirit site. Then logged in using our Twitter account and allow the app to have an access to our account.
However TwitterSpirit doesn't access direct message from user and users password information won't be shared to the app. On the other hand TwitterSpirit can read users tweets from their timeline, it has also access to see the users followers and the people whom the users follow and of course this app will surely update users post.
How does TwitterSpirit works?
After allowing TwitterSpirit access your Twitter account then you can already start posting tweets that would use the apps service such as auto delete posts for a period of time. But it doesn't mean that all of the tweets in the users timeline will be auto deleted only the posts that contains the correct format.
This app can be activated by using hashtag that is followed by a number, example is #3d which means post will be deleted after 3 days. There are three different formats we can choose from such as #5m(5 minutes), #9h (9 hours) and #13d(13 days ), of course the number can be change.
If you want to revoke access to this amazing tool then just access your account Settings then hit on Apps and you can see Spirit app logo then click on Revoke Access.
